Features

• Replaceable neck rings on the front and rear of the impeller for easy and cost-effective maintenance with continued high efficiency.
• Shaft material – AISI 420 stainless steel for high resistance against oxidation.
• Cooling fins on the bearing frame to remove heat from the oil – which will give an extended bearing life.
• Magnetic filter in drain plug – no fines in the oil.
• Vortex Impeller for non-clog operation capable of passing spherical solids up to 2″ in diameter.
• Impellers in 304 and/or 201 stainless steel
• All impellers are investment cast, for optimal efficiency.
• Patented Twinner System for easy gland servicing.
• New neck rings allow for quick and cost-effective maintenance and restores original efficiency.
• investment cast impellers give a seamless and ultra-smooth surface which reduces friction and increases efficiency
• Optional Float Switch for automatic operation
